1. For best results, exfoliate skin before tanning.
2. Place your hand inside the mitt.
3. Apply your chosen self-tan product directly onto the surface of the mitt.
4. Smooth onto the body using gentle, gliding, circular motions.
5. To clean, hand wash the mitt in warm water and allow it to air dry completely before storing.

Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or iron.
