1. Exfoliate and moisturize skin before use.
2. Apply MineTan Tanning Foam to clean, dry skin using a tanning mitt, working in circular motions for an even application.
3. Leave the foam on for 4-8 hours, then rinse off with lukewarm water.
4. For a deeper tan, leave it on longer before rinsing.
5. Reapply as needed for a medium-dark tan.
