1. Apply the light shade to the high points of the face, such as the cheekbones, brow bone, and bridge of the nose, to highlight and add dimension.
2. Apply the darker shade to areas where you want to create definition and shadow, such as the hollows of the cheeks, temples, and jawline.
3. Blend thoroughly using your fingers or a makeup brush for an even, natural-looking finish.
4. Build the colour gradually as desired.
