1. Cleanse and dry your skin, making sure it’s free of any skincare products like serums, moisturizers, or night creams.
2. Peel off the outer plastic layer to reveal the adhesive side of the patch.
3. Apply the patch across your forehead or between your brows. For optimal results, wear it overnight while you sleep, or use it for 1-2 hours before makeup (Tip: It can even be worn during the day under a baseball cap).
4. After use, peel off the patch, rinse with water or our Silicone Patch Cleanser, and leave it sticky side up to dry. Then, stick it back onto the storage sheet until your next use.
5. Reusable for up to 15-20 uses per patch.
