1. First, apply your desired SPF sunscreen and allow it to settle on the skin.
2. Shake the Rapid Tanning Mist bottle well before use.
3. Spray a liberal amount over all areas of your body and rub it in.
4. Re-apply the mist and your sunscreen as needed, especially after swimming.
