1. Identify the blemish.
2. Cleanse and dry the affected area thoroughly.
3. Peel a patch from the sheet and place it directly over the pimple.
4. Press down gently for a few seconds to ensure it adheres properly.
5. Leave the patch on for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
6. Gently peel off the patch once it has turned opaque white.
