Daily Morning Routine

1. Cleanse: Apply the Gentle Foaming Facial Cleanser to a damp face and neck. Gently lather, then rinse with warm water.
2. Tone: Apply the Rosewater and Chamomile Gentle Skin Toner to a cotton pad and gently wipe over the face and neck, avoiding the eye area.
3. Moisturise and Protect: Apply the Daily Defence Face Moisturiser SPF 50+ liberally to the face and neck at least 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply frequently, particularly after swimming, sweating, or towel drying, as directed on the product label.

Weekly Routine

4. Mask: Apply the Ageless Hydrating Mask generously to a clean face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for approximately 10 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Use once or twice a week.

• Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.
• Patch testing before use is recommended, particularly for sensitive skin.
• The SPF 50+ moisturiser does not provide complete protection from the sun. Avoid prolonged sun exposure and use additional protective measures such as protective clothing, a hat, and eyewear.
