1. Place your baby inside the bag with both arms swaddled in.
2. Zip up the bag using the two-way zipper.
3. When your baby shows signs of rolling, open the poppers on one armhole to release their arm.
4. After a few nights, release the second arm to transition fully to a sleeping bag.

Always place baby on their back to sleep. Do not use if the child can climb out of the cot or if the child's head can pass through the neck opening when fastened for use. Ensure the correct size is used to prevent suffocation hazards.
