Australian Aromatherapy Essential Oil Blend Energise 10ML

This is a stimulating and uplifting blend of pure essential oils. It combines refreshing citrus notes with the properties of herbs and spices for an aromatic experience.

This blend combines the refreshing citrus notes of Lemon, Grapefruit, and Lemongrass with Rosemary and Black Pepper.

• Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.
• For massage, use a 2.5% dilution; 50 drops per 100ml of carrier oil.
• Add 2-3 drops to the bath.
• Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.
• For topical application, mix 1 drop with 5ml of carrier oil and apply to wrists and the back of the neck as a perfume.
